Clients typically approach Newton Ventures where mainstream financing is unavailable, unsuitable or insufficient for their business or project requirements.
Newton Venture's role is to understand the Client's Funding Request, assess the available information, provide guidance on structure and presentation, and, where suitable, prepare the Credit File for submission to appropriate Funding Channels and/or Lenders/Investors.
Newton Ventures remains involved throughout the process, including initial review, analyst assessment, documentation review, submission preparation, Letter of Engagement and Indicative Terms coordination, due diligence support, Investment Memorandum review and communication between the Client, Funding Channel and Lenders/Investors.

Newton Ventures is a specialist commercial brokerage and management consultancy firm. We do not lend on a proprietary basis; however, our role goes beyond making introductions.
We assist Clients by understanding their business, reviewing their Funding Request, assessing the available documentation, giving guidance on the structure and presentation of the opportunity, and preparing the case for submission to our Funding Channels and/or Lenders/Investors.
Where suitable, Newton Ventures prepares a Credit File and submits the Funding Request for the purpose of obtaining a Letter of Engagement and Indicative Terms — known as the LoE & ITs.
Newton Venture's fee structure is staged and linked to specific points in the funding process, as explained in the Fees section. Exact fees are confirmed in Newton Venture's Client Fee Agreement before the Client is required to make any payment.
